Terms of Service
Last updated: April 6, 2026
1. What this service does
skillmdcreator.ai converts professional CVs, resumes, and LinkedIn data exports into SKILL.md files — structured profile documents designed for use with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, VS Code Copilot, Cursor, and Codex.
The service does not provide career advice, recruitment services, or employment verification.
2. Your responsibilities
By using this service, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit the CV data you upload — it is your own CV or you have explicit consent from the CV owner
- You will not upload third-party CVs without the individual's consent
- You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose
3. AI-generated output
The SKILL.md file and AI Readiness Score are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). While we strive for accuracy, the output:
- May require your review and editing before use
- Is not guaranteed to be complete or error-free
- Should not be relied upon as a verified professional credential
You are responsible for reviewing and validating the output before using it.
4. Payment and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
- Basic ($5) — full SKILL.md file and AI Readiness Score
- Pro ($12) — dual-persona output and 3 regenerations
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of this product, refunds are generally not offered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us at support@skillmdcreator.ai and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use automated tools to bulk-generate SKILL.md files
- Attempt to bypass the payment system or rate limits
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the service
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the generated output.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
